- How do I know if the material is real Stainless Steel 304 or 316?
- We use high-quality raw materials from certified steel mills. We can also conduct chemical reagent testing and provide PMI analysis.
- How do I choose between "Mesh Count" and "Micron Rating"?
- A: Mesh count refers to the number of openings per linear inch, while Micron rating refers to the size of the particle that can pass through. For fine filtration, we recommend selecting by Micron. If you are unsure, provide us with your particle size or application requirements, and our team will suggest the best specification.
- What is the difference between Plain Weave and Dutch Weave?
- A: Plain Weave is most common for simple screening and grading. Dutch Weave (Plain/Twill) uses thicker warp wires and finer weft wires, resulting in a much denser mesh ideal for high-pressure filtration and liquid/gas separation at the micron level.
- Can you provide deep-processed products like mesh discs or filter tubes?
