Dutch Woven Wire Mesh

Dutch weave woven wire mesh is manufactured from stainless steel wire. Different from plain woven wire mesh and twill woven wire mesh, the Dutch weave woven wire mesh has a different diameter in the weft and warp directions. Commonly, the warp wire is a coarser wire, which can supply the high tensile strength for the wire mesh. The weft wire is a finer wire, which can ensure excellent filtering performance. This unique structure with greater strength and finer openings is primarily used as a filter cloth.

Twill dutch weave woven wire mesh

Plain dutch weave is the combination of dutch weave and plain weave. It has two sizes of wire diameters like the dutch weave. Compared with plain weave woven wire mesh, it has greater mechanical stability and finer openings for better filtration efficiency and quality.

Twill dutch woven wire mesh is the combination of dutch weave and twill weave. Better filtering performance and higher tensile strength than twill weave woven wire mesh. And can be used for filtering ultra-fine products.

Reverse Dutch Woven Wire Mesh

Reverse Dutch Twilled Weave woven wire mesh

"Reverse" describes the fact that the warp wires of this weave are relatively thin and the shute wires are thick – in other words, the exact opposite of the standard dutch weaves. The reverse dutch design produces precisely defined pore openings that run under an angle to the surface of the mesh. The reverse dutch weave can also be used in brass wire, which is also has chemical stability for filtering.

The warp wires are also relatively thin, as in the case of the normal reverse dutch weave. The difference is the twilled weave pattern of the shute wires. This means that the warp wires are not as heavily deformed and physically stressed as in the case of plain weaves. The strength of this weave design is its suitability for applications that are subject to high levels of mechanical stress.
